what’s included:
Event space: We carved out 10x10, 10x20, or 10x30 of prime space in the main event area to showcase
and deliver the most visibility for your company. We ask that you select the space that best fits your needs.
We know some of you may only need 10x10, and others may need room for larger rigs.
Name or Logo: Included on all print and digital marketing material and day-of Motorama branded shirts. Please email native files to events@barrelhousebrewing.com as soon as possible. If you’re a returning sponsor we should already have your logos, unless they have changed recently.
Special Motorama Sponsor shirts: Uniquely designed Motorama Sponsor shirts, see the sample below. We’re pretty stoked on this year’s version! We’ll ask for sizing during check out. They are unisex sizing.
10 complimentary drink tickets: Who doesn’t love a fresh cold one (or ten)!
More details:
Load In: The event is on Saturday, April 19th.
Vendors can load in the day before on Friday, April 18th, or in the morning on the 19th.
We ask that your vehicles are in place by 10am.
Power: Let us know if power is required.
We have a couple of generators and additional circuits.
If you have your own generators, let us know.
Use of generation may dictate where your space is placed in relation to the band(s).
Special requests: Let us know if you have any!
